We are looking forward to see you again soon. The buffet breakfast is delicious. And need to eat early breakfast or else the buffet is almost empty. Even if aircon is shut off, the room is still cold. It would've been better if there were more options for the breakfast buffet and more seating area for breakfast. Hi, Rolando Thank you for taking time to write your experience at Royce. I was told to bear with them even if we could not sleep because of the noise. The staff is friendly and they always greet you. We had our international conference here and everything runs smoothly. The place is near the parade ground where you can stroll or run for excercise and it is near the restaurants. And waited for long time. Staff are helpful and friendly. When we asked the guard to call someone to assist us with our luggage, the guard told us that the numerous staff waiting outside with him were for valet service and that all bell boys were busy even though there were only few hotel customers. The hotel offers many unique recreational opportunities such as golf course within 3 km. Greeted you nicely and very promt dining service. When I called to complain, the front desk replied that the works must be completed that night. Good thing we checked Agoda website and I highly suggest this site 'cos it is way cheaper. The front desk is always open, day or night. We have to ask their maintenance to cover the aircon duct. Foods are great! Check-in is from PM, and check-out is until PM. The room rates at Royce is just expensive. The hotel has a Casino and got a perfect timing on my booking date, the casino gave a complimentary dinner and snacks with drinks for members which upon request, can be deliver to your hotel room. I got 3 deluxe and triple rooms plus their presidential suite for our Wedding Preparation. Dear Mark, We are saddened to hear this concern. Over-all, still a good choice for Wedding Preparation Area. In fact, you can even book your airport transfer in advance for greater peace of mind -- it's free! Guests checking in or out before or after the designated periods may be charged an additional fee. Good customer service, clean rooms and lounge, casino is great and the food is awesome. Good breakfast. Parking options include a full-service valet for total ease. Simply put, they placed us in the room they labelled as "Agoda Rooms". Breakfast is "not a wow" as well considering its price per head. Overall stay - super satisfied and will definitely come back.

We are already half way of our breakfast nobody offered coffee or water, we have to really ask for it and once asked, they almost forgot that we asked. I love their presidential suite, its a 2 bedroom suite complete with living room huge space and kitchen area with cooking facilities and mcirowave. But I would rather stay here than in Midori. With its convenient location, the hotel offers easy access to the city's must-see destinations. However, I'm not so much happy with their deluxe rooms, their rooms are kinda old and doesn't have carpet. From here, guests can enjoy easy access to all that the lively city has to offer. You will get value for your money on this hotel. They gave us the room at the endmost floor in the highest floor. One of the best Hotel I stayed in. There's few option and the dining area is a little small. Beforehand, I requested not to be placed in a faraway room because I have a senior citizen mother with me and a 4 year old daughter. Car parking is free for guests. Very accommodating front desk staff, great shower, good value for money. The breakfast buffet, which is included on the booking, serves good foods from the pantry section, to the salad section and to the main course. Staff are lazy especially the bell boys. The suite is great, staff from this hotel are also helpful. And also the area when you come out of the elavators in the floors are dark and gloomy. They just need to add more parking spaces because there are a lot of customers going into casino. Beds are comfy though. But the reception staff were quick and accommodating. I can still smell the body smell of the previous user. Staff are also very accommodating and nice. Extra beds are dependent on the room you choose. Downsides are not enough parking on site.. Location is great. I wonder why this hotel doesn't have swimming pool? I know it was discriminating for Agoda customers because previously I booked directly to them, the room given was way too nice compared to where we stayed when booked in Agoda. The room is old, outdated with broken tiles and grimes. Good service and great staffs. We are looking forward to serve you again soon.
